Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of O₂ Nose Filters, we limit returns to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

Sizing & Fit

Because proper sizing is essential for comfort and effectiveness, we strongly recommend starting with a Sizing Pack before purchasing larger quantities.

If you experience issues with fit, please contact us, we’re happy to help you find the right size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@o2nosefilters.com.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.
