If you are unsure of what size you need, we recommend that you start your O2 journey by ordering a sizing pack, in order to determine the size that’s right for you!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will begin the return process as fast as possible.
We appreciate your understanding in the following matters in regards to our return policy:
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returns.
- We can’t give you refunds on promotional giveaways and free samples.
- The shipping cost of unused product is non-refundable for returns. You will need to pay shipping costs on unused products upon return.
- We will process returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow for up to a maximum of four weeks for your refund.
- We cannot issue a refund for unused products not in the original packaging.
A refund will be issued to the customer in the form of the original purchase method.
All sales are final, with the exception of returns. Once an order has been processed, we cannot honor any cancellations or exchanges.
Protego O2 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. We recommend that you track your package and confirm delivery. If the carrier indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received your package, please notify the carrier with your tracking number so they can investigate.
